The original part of the Main House is one of the few historic properties in the Texas Hill Country to still have the original Terne-style metal roofing reminiscent of the 19th Century. This type of roof provided excellent protection while creating lasting beauty for many generations to enjoy.

The main entry porch is perfect to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine.
